Kleine
Brogel was again scene of one of the military aviation highlights of
the year. The resident 31 Squadron was host of the NATO Tiger Meet and
organized a spottersday on the 18th of September. Weather was perfect
and so were the participants who flew two missions during the day. Also
participants of the nearby Sanicole airshow attended. |

The presence of 11
F-15's from RAF Lakenheath and 6 Tornado GR.4's from RAF Lossiemouth
was the main reason for GVR Aviation to visit this northernmost airbase
in Holland. |

The 2009 edition of the
Klu's Luchtmachtdagen was blessed with dry weather and sunny spells,
but clouds prevented quality photography during the last hour of the
flying display. Highlight was definately the display of The Vulcan
XH558 which has been restored to flying status again after a lot of
money and effort. |
